  What you choose for your dinners should be natural.Vegetables and fruit can supply ample vitamins and minerals which are needed as food source.And please don't forget to have fish. For cooking fish. baked fish is healthier than fried. Moreover,pro-cessed meat,hot dogs,fried chicken have something which are not needed in your body .Remember to eat all sorts of foods to get all the vitamins and minerals. To develop a habit of drinking water and milk as your beverages is also a good way to keep health.
