If these defeatist sentimentsseize us, happiness will befar away from us. The only way is right attitudeand sparing no effort to overcome it then youcan find happiness.

　　Last butnot least, happiness comes from frugality. Many example display peoplespendingmoney wastefully for satisfaction of their desires may suffer from poverty inthe longrun. So living a simple and content life makes one happy and cheerful.
