  Dear Sir/Madam,
  This morning I took one of your trains from Brighton to Hastings, and I am writingto give my feedback on several aspects of the service, as I am far from satisfied.
  To begin with, the train was half an hour late departing, which meant I had to rushto a business appointment at the other end. Almost as bad, I found the attitude of yourstaff left much to be desired. They were not clear about the timetable and were ratheroffhand answering my inquiries. To cap it all, the seats were very uncomfortable andthe coverings were shabby and stained. For passengers who will be on the train along time, this must be almost unbearable.
  These problems deserve your immediate attention so that the service will improveas soon as possible and traveling on your trains can be a more pleasant experience.
