　　Well.bad weather makes me really moody. I especially don't like to go outside if the weather's not good. When it's raining heavily, I choose to stay indoors and listen to music，watch a comedy TV or surf the internet. If I have to go out，I will bring an umbrella with me and take the fastest mode of transport to get me to where I need to go.

　　I think it can. I once read an article that backed the theory on how the weather can moldor change people's personalities. Take for example people that live in rainy and over castareas tend to have gloomy and depressed.but yet calm and gentle personalities. Places with warm and clear skies tend to breed personalities that are optimistic and happy. People that live in colder areas also tend to like drinking. eating spicy foods.and are rough and straightforward. In tropical countries，people tend to be more irritable, anxious and impatient.

　　我觉得会的。我读过一篇文章.里面的理论是说人们的性格会受天气影响。举例来说。长期呆在阴雨连绵的城市，人们会变得阴郁和沉闷。同时也比较冷静和温和;而在温暖和晴朗的地区.人们比较乐观开朗。长期呆在很冷的国家.人们喜欢喝烈酒吃辣食.

　　这使得人们的性格比较粗犷和直爽。在热带地区.人们的性格比较易怒、焦虑和急躁。

　　I have noticed that the climate around me altered quite a hit in the past few years. According to what I've read in articles and in the news, glaciers are melting faster that any other period of time in earth's history. As a result of this phenomenon，fresh water supply is disappearing and there is a greater prevalent risk of flooding. Another point worth mentioning is the greater occurrence of extreme weather events.such as heat waves or hurricanes. These occurrences are caused by people burning fossil fuels which release carbon dioxide and methane, and in turn cause global warming. I think that everyone should become more aware of their carbon footprint and do their part in reducing it.
