  4) Take care of yourself. When change occurs, it's important to pay attention to your physical and emotional health.

  5) Take charge of change. If your job situation is changing rapidly, and the changes aren't for the better, take the bull by the horns and do something about it.
  6) Doing something is almost always better than doing nothing because it gives you a sense of having some control over the situation.
  7) Don't blame yourself for changes you can't control.

  1) Positive mood has been proven to reduce stress, help people live longer, and improve your overall well-being and ability to cope with difficulties.
  2) The first step to changing your life is to admit that you are negative or that you have negative thoughts.

  4) Become conscious of your daily thoughts and when a negative thought enters your mind,quickly turn it around.

  5) Remove yourself from negative influences.
  6) If you have friends or coworkers you hang out with who are always griping about their job.
  boss, or life, then begin to slowly weed out that group of people and seek out those who arcpositive.

  7) Learn to meditate. Meditating allows you to clear your mind, lower stress, become more focused, and stay positive. It's a very positive and powerful medium.
  8) By taking just 15 minutes a day to meditate, you'll find yourself handling time and stress much better. You'll also gain a more positive outlook on life.
