　　出现上述现象的主要原因是什么呢?一是一些银行在广告宣传中没有尽到告知义务;二是为了发展业务、争夺市场，有的银行及其工作人员存在审批不严、滥发信用卡的行为。因此，消费者在办卡时应该更加理性一些，问清相关责任条款。
