01、口语不是背作文
MBA考研复试线出台，如果还没有整理自己的复试面试自我介绍模板，或者背几个万能模板的话，你的复试面试，恐怕就真的有些悬了。But，现在是3个月后，被马哲熏陶过的我们，应该学会用发展的眼光看问题。我们现在面对的是复试，不是初试；面对的是口语，不是笔试。
【口语测试一般包含如下两部分】第一部分：考查学生理解并回答有关日常生活、家庭、工作、学习等问题的能力(3--5分钟) ；第二部分：考查学生连续表达的能力。考生从所给的问题中选择一个话题，就此话题表达自己的看法(7--10分钟)。
英语口语面试考察的是你的英语口语交流能力，而不是你的背诵英文文章的能力呀！且不谈你在紧张的环境中能否把几百字自我介绍背得溜，辣么多人等着面试，你结结巴巴把模板背完就要花5分钟，老师们哪有那么多时间和耐心陪你这么玩？！
很多人考生准备好了自己的几百字自我介绍模板，在外面排队等着进去面试的时候，就一直再背。可真的进去之后，就“背”完了第一段自己的基本信息，然后就被老师打断，开始问我问题。这也是最通常的做法，但没有哪所学校英语复试的时候，能让你滔滔不绝地把准备好的都背完。
02、口语是阔以很灵活滴
每个学校考查英语口语的形式都不一样，连续说多长时间，具体考察的形式等都会有区别。但是有一点是一致的，就是考察你“英语的口头交流能力”。能够用于英语交流，能听懂老师的提问，能够像老师传达到自己的答案，就OK了。没有哪个学校的要求说，你要用多么复杂的句式，高端的词汇，不能有语法错误。中国式英语，哑巴英语，都懂。
我们首先要能够用英语说，能够让别人get到我们的点。至于是否有语法错误，是否词汇用的专业、恰当，那就都是后话了。所以，有时间去背那些自己都觉生涩的模板，还不如多花点时间看下英语口语涉及到的基本词汇。
自己可以预设某一个话题，然后用基本的词汇，学着把自己想表达的思想、观点，表达出来，哪怕只是“good good study，day day up”，只要别人能听懂，就OK了，这是第一步，也是最重要的一步。
如果被一个单词卡住了，不知道怎么说，怎么办？那你就灵活些呀！例如忘了“图书馆”怎么说了，“library”不会，那你不知道用“books house”代替呀。用在作文里面可能让人觉得有些突兀，但在用在口语里，有何不可？！
03、自我介绍只是面试的引入
很多人都想要自我介绍模板直接套用，但正如上面所说，不要把自我介绍想得过于复杂。专业课面试的时候，一开始也要用中文自我介绍，难道上来就是几百字甩出去？一般也就是说姓名、本科学校、专业这三点就够了。那为什么就要把英语自我介绍想得那么复杂呢？！
对自我介绍而言，首先把姓名、本科学校、专业、家乡、兴趣爱好等涉及到的单词准备好。可以自行串联成一小段，进行练习。面试的时候，等把这些说完，再往下你就要被老师打断，然后老师开始问问题了。
对于绝大多数平时和口语八竿子都站不上边的我们，前期是需要背诵一点东西丰富一下我们语料库的。避免头脑一片空白，就只能飙“day day up”。但一定要谨记，不要为了背而背！
除了准备一小段（真的只需要一小段就可以了）自我介绍外，我们重点需要针对某些话题/提问，进行回答练习。提前准备好哪些问题大致该朝哪些方向回答，想好几个关键点，然后口头用英语进行复述。因为有些人哪怕问中文“兴趣爱好是什么”、“有什么优缺点”等都要想半天，更不用说英文了。所以一定要提前准备一些。
04、只要自己适用的

考研原因几乎是每个导师都会关心的问题，因此最好把这个问题就放在自我介绍里面说了。这部分的内容我们务必要让考官感到我们选择这个专业是经过深思熟虑的，是一个理性的选择而不是一时冲动。通常我们可以从以下三个方面来回答。
1.兴趣。即强调对所报考的专业怀有极大的兴趣(havesignificantinterestin…)。如果本科就读的专业与报考的专业一致，则可以说明想继续深造(furthereducation)的愿望。如果不一致，则要说明报考专业对你的吸引力(…appealsto/attractsmealot)。
2.优势。即强调研究生相对于本科生在知识、学术方面的优势，如：知识面更广(widerknowledge)，学术更专业(moreprofessional)，眼界更广阔等(broadenone’shorizon)。
3.益处。即强调考研对你的未来的积极影响(haveapositiveeffecton…)，可以从求职、职业规划、人生经历等方面入手进行说明。可参考的词汇、短语如下：behelpful,contributeto,bebeneficialto,beconductiveto,beadefiniteadvantage,becomeastrongpointwhenitcomesto…等等。
4、放弃工作而学习的原因
对于那些在职考生或有工作经验的考生来说，考官乐于知道他们为什么(放弃工作而)重新学习。考生可以直言在工作发现某些知识或技能很重要，希望能通过学习在这些方面进行提高。
