关于重复犯罪的雅思作文范文

　　It is weird that some criminals, not all of them, will recommit crimes after prison terms. Obviously, this brings about negative and ceaseless damage in many aspects. To deal with this serious issue, the priority of all is to seek the very reasons.

　　When it comes to the motives of recommitting crimes, three things should be mentioned: Firstly,after their prison lives, usually, it is difficult to settle down in the city with a stable pay check and a life insurance, which may force them to reunite with the crew before in order to make a living. Namely, for criminals, committing crimes is a way to feed their own. Secondly, it should never be neglected that the governmental supervision is so vital that it will ensure all used-to-be criminals would worry about the penalty if they did once more. Without any supervision, there is no security for city dwellers. Lastly, the worst situation is that some lawbreakers commit crimes only because they suffer ill treatment from others. In other words, they run after revenge. The so-called purposeless crime poses huge menace to social peace.

　　According to the reasons above, some solutions will show up: The living odds can be resolved through supplying more subsidies, because the living problem is the very basic thing the government should guarantee. ln addition, the government and the local communities should also reinforce the guidance for those people, which will benefit both the residents and criminals as well. Finally, to cure criminals' mental anxiety, the whole society should, at least, treat them a sequal as others, and then, we should care about their living conditions, materially and spiritually.

　　All in all, criminals are a kind of people who made some mistakes, intentionally or accidentally.According to the law, we may punish them, but please remember that we have no right to impose our ideas on others.

　　一些罪犯，并不是所有的，会在出狱之后再次犯罪，这确实很奇怪。显然，这会在很多方面给社会带来无尽的和负面的伤害。想要解决此类问题，前提就是要找到原因。

　　二次犯罪的动机应该有三方面：第一在出狱之后，罪犯很难在城市中安顿下来，或有份稳定的收入和社会保障。这些就有可能迫使他们为了谋生，而和之前的“伙伴，重操旧业。也就是说，对于罪犯而言，犯罪只是他们生存的手段。第二，政府的监督非常重要，这一点永远都不能被忽略。监督可以确保所有的惯犯在再次犯罪时担心会受到的惩罚。没有监督，城市居民就无安全可言。第三，可怕的是有些罪犯违法仅仅是因为他们在社会中受到他人的歧视和虐待。换句话说，他们仅是为了报复，也就是通常所说的无目的犯罪。这将会对社会造成巨大危害。

　　根据上述原因，可以得出如下解决方法：生活困境可以通过提供更多的补助来解决，因为生活问题是政府应该保障的根本问题。此外，政府和当地社区还应该加强对刑满释放人员的引导，这会使居民和罪犯都受益。后，为了治疗罪犯的内心焦虑感，整个社会至少应该像对待他人一样平等对待罪犯，之后再从物质和精神上关心他们的生活状态。

　　总之，罪犯就是有意或者无意犯了错的一些人。依据法律，我们可以惩罚他们，但是请记住：我们没有权利将自己的意识强加到别人身上。
