每天早上，同学们都路过学校的操场，同学们多么渴望中午能快点来到啊!时间一分一秒地过去了，中午也随着时间来到了我们身边。第四节课下后，同学们争先恐后地像一只只鸟儿似的飞涌出教室去操场玩耍。
漳江小学的操场十分宽阔、壮丽。操场的正中间是翠绿的——塑胶地面，远看就像一块绿茵茵的草坪，“草坪”上的白色线条分别划分出了篮球场和羽毛球场，在篮球场上竖立着四个高大威猛的篮球架，蓝湛湛的，就像四位战士立在操场中间，时时刻刻都保护着学校的操场。在篮球场和羽毛球场的外圈是一大圈深红深红的“玫瑰花”其实那就是我们学校操场的塑胶跑道，在塑胶跑道上用白线画出了六条工工整整的跑道。在操场的南边是同学们运动的“乐园”。那里错落有致地摆放着云梯、单杠、双杠、记分台。同学们中午吃完午饭后都在我们的“运动乐园”里开开心心地玩耍，有的同学在云梯上像长臂猿一样以最快的速度比试着爬云梯;有的同学在单杠、双杠上像一只只灵巧的小猴似的刷着倒挂金钩的杂技，个个都身怀绝技，个个都是学校里的运动健将。操场的北边是升旗台，升旗台是用灰色的大理石做的，在银光闪闪的旗杆上分别飘扬着国旗、校旗、队旗，它们在微风下向我们点头致敬，我们也致敬于它们。
