My most favorite TV program is “To Tell the Truth”. It is shown on CCTV-2 every Saturday evening. The program is a free conversation about some special topic. The topic of the program is close to our daily life, that is to say, most people are concerned about it and something to say. Positive and Negative Aspects of Sports

Going to sports is an important part of our life. We often play football or enjoy other outdoor activities in our free time. There are two major aspects of sports, good and bad.

In the positive aspect, sport helps us strengthen our physical body and build our competitive and cooperative mind. By enjoying it, we also can relax ourselves. On the other hand, in the negative aspect, sport may throw us into the risk of getting ourselves hurt. Some immoral people use sports for such bad purposes as gambling, and these things can be often seen from the screen and newspapers.
