Well, first of all, I think, a good leader should be encouraging enough.

For example, I had a boss, Jason, who used to say,”You are a capable young man, I know you can do it well” whenever I was not confident enough with my job. With his encouragement I was so successful in my job and became a team leader in 6 months.

Also, I believe a good leader should set good examples for all team-members. I remember my boss Jason used to workharder than any of us who were working with him in a team, even though he was the boss. We were so moved by what he did, and everybody followed his suit. So we were the most efficient team.

That's why I still remember Jason as my best boss till today.

In my point of view, one of the important qualities a team-player should have is to be co-operative. 大家常说的托福口语真题有两种，一种是ETS给出的官方练习题TPO，还有一种是考生考完以后对于本次考试做出的考场真题回忆。我们来详细说说这个两个。

TPO是托福官方给出的综合练习题，里面包含托福口语部分。TPO的托福口语部分是托福以往考过的口语真题，但是以后不会再用。所以ETS给出的TPO练习题也就是托福口语的真题。它的参考价值很高，考生可以通过做TPO口语真题了解托福口语考试的难度，感受考试的氛围，帮助考生更好地把握考试时间。除了官方给出的TPO之外，网上也能搜到一些TPO模考软件，可以免费使用。

真题回忆并不等同于真题。考生通过考场回忆整理出来的考题回忆，内容不会很全面，而且每次考完试以后，网上通常会流传出许多版本不同的真题回忆。那么真题回忆有什么价值呢?其实真题回忆只是供给考生参考，并不能拿来练习。很多题目都是考生回忆出来考题的大意，或者一些关键信息。考生通过看真题回忆可以了解考试的最新内容，也能看到考试的难易程度以及出题类型，对于备考有一定的参考价值。

我们先来说说TPO口语试题，TPO模考软件中的口语部分练习主要是用来模拟考试，测试水平以及把握时间。托福口语考试一共有6个task，考试时间为20分钟。托福口语考试中时间把握很重要，TPO模考可以模拟真实考试场景，让考生提前适应考试的节奏。有的模考软件中会提供批改，考生也可以根据批改内容了解自己的口语水平，了解自己与目标分还有多大差距。另外TPO口语模考中有很多口语范文，大家可以学习它们的答题思路。

一、保持逻辑思维的敏锐。西方人在新托福口语表达时通常是会先在头脑里逐渐的形成类似于写作相同的大概的逻辑框架，对开头(提出论点)，中间(发展论点)，结尾(总结或辨析)做规划。因此大家要的只是应用了逻辑的开头，用这个来陈述立场，进而发展论点，是会使得考官形成思想认同，认为你这个人逻辑思维到位，从而取得高分。大部分中国考生太过“含蓄”了，回答问题一点没有计划性。用这样的思维方式来和西方人进行沟通，会对双方理解有影响，仅考试时间，不允许。

二、注意语音和语法。大部分中国考生理解成是说得快是英语流利的体现，到后面发音含混不清，大部分考官关键考察的发音不到位，但是在词语运用上过于简单，信息含量低，会对考官打高分有影响。所以大家在陈述过程里要有丰富的抑扬顿挫。对于语句重音、语调方式及停顿等，要掌握得自然飘逸。并注意口语的修辞化，针对有的修辞能恰到好处地进行引用。

三、掌握好答题时间。大家在平日准备口试时应该强迫自己针对某一个话题在短的时间内形成一个清晰、有逻辑性的观点以及证明过程，同时还要尝试首先使用中文表达出来，以后再慢慢地过渡到英语上面去。
