Interviewer: Where are you better than other applicants who I interview?

Luo Xing: I can't simply say how wonderful myself is, I also can't deny other applicants.But I should have objectively understood myself, and estimate others fairly. Just as,the useness of some object depends on the proper place. If it's very necessary that somewhere to be better than other job hunters, then it lies in my professional background and personal overall qualities.

Interviewer: How do you understand the “personal overall qualities”？

Luo Xing: It mainly embodies morality, intelligence, physical culture, aesthetics, and work. A lot of classmates and friends prefer me, not merely because I study well, take scholarships continuous years,and they appreciate my humour as well as I feel that I am congenial with everybody friendly.Besides, I obtained the Second prize in the Youthful Literature and Art Match last year. As to “work”， I think my part-time job can explain this.

Interviewer: Can you describe yourself by only one word?

Luo Xing: Sincerity, I think. I remember one of my foreign teachers said that friend is the most important thing in his life,and sincerity is the most important among people, I think.

Interviewer：If the passenger suggests travelling with you, how do you do?

Luo Xing：Express gratitude to the passenger for his invitation at first, then explain the present duty that work duty is the first, and suggest it's better to go travelling with tourist guide, finally pass a cup of hot drinks smily.

面试官：你比我面试的其他应征者强在什么地方？

罗星：我不能一味地说自己有多好，而否定其他应征者，而是要客观地认识自己，公正地评价他人。正如，物有所用，那肯定是该物被放在合适的位置。如果非要说什么地方比其他求职者强，那就在于我的专业背景和个人综合素质。

面试官：你对“个人综合素质”怎样理解？

罗星：它主要体现在德、智、体、美、劳5个方面。很多同学和朋友都比较喜欢我，不仅是因为我学习好，常年拿奖学金，而且他们觉得我幽默风趣，我也觉得和大家比较投缘。去年我在“青春文艺大赛”中获得二等奖。对于“劳”，我的兼职生涯可以说明这一点。

面试官：你能用一个词来描述下你吗？

罗星：我认为这个词应该是真诚。记得一个外教说过朋友是他人生中重要的事，我认为人与人之间重要的是“真诚”。

面试官：如果乘客提议与你结伴旅行，你会怎样做？

罗星：首先感谢乘客邀请，随后解释当前工作职责第一，建议结伴旅行导游，后微笑递上一杯热饮。
