　　合同开篇要说明合约双方的相关信息，如合同签署双方的名称、双方就何事达成此合同、合同签署的地点和时间及双方达成的条款等。

　　1.第一部分在介绍合同的人、事、时、地、物这些因素之后，就应展开对合同具体事项的说明。常用的句型如下。

　　(1) This Contract subject to the terms and conditions stated below.

　　基于以下条款签订本合同。

　　(2) Party A agrees to abide by all regulations and laws governing the association.

　　甲方同意遵守一切管理该协会的规章和条例。

　　(3) The Contractor agrees to comply with the regulations, rulings and interpretations of theLabor Department of the Government.承包商同意遵守政府劳动部门的各种规章制度、规定和解释。

　　2.第二部分该部分是有关合同条款的说明。常用的句型如下。

　　(1) Employers shall provide Employee with meals and housing free of charge.

　　雇主应向雇员提供免费食宿。

　　(2) In case of an emergency involving serious illness, accidents or death of Employee,Employer shall notify Employee's next-of-kin immediately.

　　如果发现雇员病重、事故、死亡等紧急情况，雇主应立即通知其近的亲人。

　　(3) In the event of termination for cause, Employer shall pay Employee's wages through theeffective date of the termination and shall purchase a one-way ticket for the return ofEmployee to his point of hire.

　　如果因故解除合同，雇主应支付给雇员直至解除生效之日的工资，并提供雇员返回雇佣地的单程机票。

　　(4) Employers shall make necessary arrangements at their expense so that the employee maybe provided with doctor service and hospital facilities in case of need.

　　雇主应出资为雇员安排医疗服务，必要时安排住院治疗。

　　(5) In the event of any disputes, controversies or differences between the parties for the breachthereof, both parties shall use their best efforts to settle such disputes, controversies ordifferences amicably by negotiations.

　　因违约在各当事人之间引起的事端、争辩或者分歧，双方应尽大努力，以友好协商的方式解决此争端、争辩或者分歧。

　　(6) The decision of the arbitration shall be accepted as final and binding upon both parties.

　　仲裁裁决是终局的，对双方都有约束。

　　(7) Party B shall undertake the sales of the above mentioned commodity during the validity ofthe Agreement.

　　乙方确保在本协议有效期内完成上述商品的销售。

　　(8) Method of payment: payment must be paid off within three days since the signing of thecontracts.

　　结算方式:合同签署之日起3日内一次性付清余款。
