  商务谈判应急方案英语对话。在谈判出现危难局面或双方坚持不相让步时,采取以柔克刚的乎法来迎接对方强硬的态度。避免正面冲突,从而达到制胜目的的一种策略。声东击西是指我方在商务谈判中,为达到某种目的和需要,有意识地将磋商的议题引导到无关紧要的问题上故作声势,转移对方注意力,以求实现白己的谈判目标。
谈判中出现僵局,为控制、调节谈判进程,缓和谈判气氛,打破谈判局面而经常采用休会策略。
  John:If there is something wrong with the negotiation, and we can't compromise with each other, what can we do?
  Vivian:It is of high possibility to happen. If so,we should make emergency measures in order not to hurt our emotion and benefit.
  John:Let's analyze the situations in which we are likely to have disagreements. If we have different ideas, should we make aconcession?
  Vivian:As far as I know, I think the shipment may be a problem. Because we have not got enough egerience in shipment.
  John:We can entrust it to agency to deal with it.
  Vivian:Who will take charge of the egenses?They won't agree to pay for it.
  John:Concerning this problem, we can't compromise. According to convention,they should bear the expense. We can give them other beneficial policies. I think they will understand.
  约翰:如果谈判中出现问题,双方都无法作出让步时,我们怎么办?
  薇薇安:这种事情发生的可能性太大了。如果真的出现那样的情况,我们要事先做好应急措施才不至于伤害到双方的情感和利益。
  约翰:那我们来分析一下大约在哪些方面我们可能会出现分歧?出现了分歧,我们该不该让步?
  薇薇安:目前我认为,问题可能出现在装运上。因为我们在装运方而的经验尚少。
  约翰:那我们可以授权代理公司来处理。
  薇薇安:那托管费用谁来承担?他们不会同意出费用的。
  约翰:在这个问题上,我们不能妥协。按照惯例,理应他们承担费用。我们可以给他们一些其他的优惠政策。我想他们会理解的。
