Helen: Thanks. I minored Chinese in college. Besides, I often travel back and forthbetween China and Germany. Now, since we have finished our work in the conferenceroom, should we go to Smartoys' factory to shoot some video dips? Wang: You have already sent me some,remember?
Helen: I am afraid those videos are outdated. Smartoys' factories are constantly on thechange. Each month, there are more than 30 Kaizen or improvement events in each factory. So, the factory is very different from what you have seen on the video.
