The voluntary recall of the X -Train is a resultof Smartoys' increased investigation of third-party sourced toys. While Helwood was required to use plastic from Smartoys, it instead viola ted Smartoys' standard and utilized unap proved plastic purchased locally. The material is combustible plastic producing hazardous smoke when ignited.
