价格谈判英语的对话

  价格谈判是商务谈判的重要环节。双方报价要实事求是,还得考虑双方的利益,在经历多次讨价还价后,终双方达成一致。由于价格谈判直接关系着谈判双方的利益,谈判双方该如何掌握得体的价格谈判语言呢?

商务对话:
  S: Here is our price list.
  这是报价单。
  B: I'm sorry to say that the price you quote is rather out of line,much higher than we expected.
  很遗憾,贵公司的报价不符合行情呀,比我方所预期的要高得多。

  S: But you should take quality into consideration.
  但您需考虑质量因素。
  B: It would be very difficult for us to push any sales if we buy atthis price.
  如果按这个价格买进,我方实在难以推销。

  S:Well, what if we offer you a 5% discount?
  嗯,如果给你们5%的折扣怎么样?
  B: When we say your prices are much too high, we don't mean they are higher only by 5 percent. If we are to place an order with you,I think a discount of about 20% should not be too much to askfor.
  我们说你们的价格太高,并不是说仅仅高出5%。如果我们要向你们订货,我认为大约20%的折扣还差不多。

  S: Sorry, you can't expect us to make such a large reduction. That will drive us bankrupt.
  对不起,我们不可能打这么低的折扣。那会使我们破产的。
  B:There's no point in making a counter offer because the gap is too great.
  由于相差太悬殊,还价己经没有什么意义了。

  S: How about 8%? This is our rock bottom price, and our profit margin is already very small.

  1.Your price is rather out of line, much higher than we expected.
  "out of line”表示“不成一直线,不一致,出格”,在此意为“与市价不符”,例如:
 
 Although we want to cooperate with you, the price you offer is out of line with the market level.我方是想和贵公司合作,但贵公司的报价不符行情呀。

  Your price is out of line with the current price.你方的价格与现行价格不符。

  2.Well, what if we offer you a 5% discount?
  "what if',表示“如果……将会怎么样”,例如:

  What if I can't finish it on time?要是我不能按时完成的话,怎么办呢?
