  According to a recent survey, professional classification has been applied in the last decade among all kinds of jobs. Despite some questions, there are some rules such as gender difference, both physically and psychologically. Is this classification equal and justified?Personally, one's capability,instead of other factors, is the very reason for a company to employ a person.
  Admittedly, respecting the gender equality and ignoring the gender difference are the two main topics for feminists who always advocate the rights of women without any serious thinking.However, it is ridiculous to neglect the existing difference between men and women such as physical condition, mental attitude and living experience. Thus, it is better and more efficient to distinguish the capabilities of two genders, and then try to make good use of their powers.
  When it comes to the classification of professions, there are two main situations: For one thing,some certain jobs do need one gender much more than the other like nurses, house keepers and teachers for the women-side while soldiers, porters and designers for the men-side.Companies tend to choose the right employees only because of their abilities rather than their gender, and there is no reason to entitle this gender discrimination at all. Nevertheless, for another, professions that need both sexes to work should supply people with equal opportunity. More importantly, companies should offer equal wages for both men and women in the same position.
