I don’t think I am suitable to be a teacher, I am not a patient man and cannot bear to repeat the same things frequently. Teachers’ job is really boring to me, you have to make your explanations as easy as possible for students to fully understand. It is a challenging job, I am afraid I cannot do it.

Um… Yeah, I suppose I do, but it’s actually kind of hard to pick out a favourite because I’ve been really lucky with all my teachers. I should say a good teacher is one who always is well prepared for the class. And I guess if the person has a good sense of humour that would help because, you know, boring, ah, session, nobody would sit in the class, you know, hours after hours.

Coming from where I, um, am, I think yes, teachers should discipline students. In Korea, students would respect the teachers. My mum’s generation was more so, and my mum had to say one day, she thought teachers don’t eat, don’t go to the toilet, they are demi-Gods and wouldn’t even step on the shadow of the teacher, because you respect the teacher so much. But I don’t think same kind of respect is here and students sometimes misbehave during class hours and I just find it hard to understand.

Umm! not really. I have not given it that much thought. But among my many career plans, entering in the teaching profession is not the one that ever attracted me.

In my leisure time, I always have a fantasy about a perfect holiday I will have in the future. My perfect holiday doesn’t mean that it will be extravagant or intricate. The simple and relaxing travel is the style I want to have for my holiday.

In my perfect holiday, the destination of this travel is somewhere near the sea but not the famous scenic spots. The famous scenic spots are always full of visitors, noisy and annoying. I want to go to some places quiet and peaceful, which allows me to admire the miracle of the nature. I don’t have a boyfriend yet, but I would like to come to this place with my lover in the next five or ten years. I think traveling with the one I love will add some unexpected fun to the holiday. The hotel I’m going to stay in must face the ocean, with the view of whole sea through the window.

The plan of this travel is also simple. In the morning, we will stay in bed, seeing the sun rise from the sea level. Then we are going to get out for some fresh air, lying on the beach or swimming in the sea at will. When the sunset comes, walking along the sea is a pretty good choice, where we can talk to each other about the hope of our future. At night, we might drink a little wine in the hotel, watching some soap operas or finishing some work, cozy and pleased.

Maybe this kind of vacation is not appealing in some people’s eyes, but this calmness and peace is the most important thing for me in the vacation. In my view, the purpose of vacation is to help you get out of the busy ordinary life. The places shat I mentioned above can help me refresh myself and forget the pressure and business temporary. I look forward to this vacation in the future.

Speaking of an important decision I took a long time to make, I’d like to describe the one that happened in my college life.

When I was a senior student in college, I was crazy about Leehom Wang, a handsome guy who is the well-known pop song singer in my country, I’ve collected all his albums and to be honest, he was my Mr. Right in my heart. The good thing was, Leehom would hold his solo concert in my city, and my roommate Lucy succeeded in buying me two tickets to the show; I was so excited about the show and was looking forward to the wonderful night.

However, the annoying part was that there was a course test given by Prof. Miller by a sudden, and the exam was just the day after the show.

I was in a dilemma as to how to make the choice? If I came to watch the show, I couldn’t have enough time to prepare my exam, someone suggested me to study after watching the show, but I must be very tired after see the show and I could not have the right mood to prepare the exam you know, I really wanted to get a good academic record. But, on the other hand, it was so

pity to skip the show, I have already bought the tickets and it might be hard to find someone else to watch the show in such a hurry.

It was really hard to make the final decision, but finally I did. I chose to study for the exam. I think as a student we should put study into the first priority when making a decision. At last, I release a notice on the campus forum to sell the tickets at a lower price, some students bought the tickets, I felt depressed at that time, but now, looking back, I think I made the right decision. Last year, I have watched the concert; that was so fantastic; now, there is no regret in my life.
