我最敬佩的商人是戴威，ofo共享单车的创始人和CEO。他本科就读于北京大学光华管理学院，专业是金融。

The businessman I admire most was Dai Wei, founder and CEO of the ofo sharing bicycles. He used to study in Peking University, one of two best universities in China and do a degree in finance.

毕业之后，他本可以找家银行或者证券公司，过上年收入上百万的生活。但他却选择到青海省某个镇做了一年的支教教师，负责教授学生数学。一年过后，他又回到北大进行硕士专业的学习，并在此期间与四名合伙人创立了ofo。我觉得他最有趣的地方在于他人生的每一步都超出人们的预料。本该工作的时候选择了支教，本该认真学习的时候选择了创立公司。他并不是传统意义上的好学生。但他成功了。

After graduation, he could have gone to a commercial bank and become a millionare at a very early stage of his life. But, instead he volunteered to be a maths teacher in an impoverished town in Qinghai province. A year later, he came back to school and embarked on his master degree. During this time, he established ofo sharing bicycles with three co-founders. What I find interesting about this man is that every step of his life was beyond people’s anticipation. He chose to become a teacher instead of a banker and built a company when he was supposed to study.

The products of his company, little yellow bikes, which you can see all over the street, have dramatically changed the way of transportation. In the past, I used bus or subway to travel to work or school. They were not bad, but could be a little frustrating, since I still had to walk a certain distance to get to my destination after I got off. And sometimes that can be a long way. The yellow bikes alleviate this problem. Now when I reach the station, I pull out my cellphone, scan the QR code, unlock the bicycle, and ride to my destination. It is more convenient, simpler and much less physical-demanding. This is why I admire Dai Wei. His company actually benefits our life.

But Today I would like to talk about a place where people can not only enjoy the traditional food but enjoy the live folk dance and music side by side there also.

It is a place named cultural village which is situated in Amritsar.it is established by the Punjab government so that the younger generation could know about their vast culture and traditions. It is made in traditional old style and displays many traditional things related to our culture. people enjoy the food, live music and dance performed by the expert folk dancers there. They wear a colourful dress of folk dance bhangra with different traditional instruments of music in their hand. They danced on the rhythmic tunes of famous Punjabi songs.

The positive change that I would like to talk about is ‘I started playing outdoor games instead ofplaying computer games’. After I got my first personal computer when I was only 9 years old orso, I started learning many things. Besides that I started playing the computer games. Ascomputer games are addictive I found that I was playing the games whenever I had spare times.This addiction barred me from playing outdoor games like cricket, football etc.

After my parents noticed that, they discussed with me about thatand explained me the importance of outdoor activities. They gave me strict restriction that Iwould only be able to play computer games for an hour daily and in the evening I’d have to gooutside to play with my friends.

This was obviously a very positive change for me. I’m not against computer games but I feel thatif there are more important things to do, then we should not spend time on computer games only.This change affected me very positively. I became a good cricket player later on, I startedmaintaining my times more prudently and I am sure this change has affected me positively interms of physical and mental health.
