I am raising an Alaska dog, which is a large breed of domestic dog. My dog has a double coat:the undercoat is soft while the outer one is coarse and water-proof. Also, his coat hastwo colors, black and white.

我养了一只阿拉斯加狗，它是一种大型的家养狗。我的狗毛是双层毛皮：内层柔软，而外面的则是粗糙和防水的。而且，他的毛皮也有颜色，黑色和白色。

In my opinion, his most attractive feature is the small upright ears which are out of proportion to the head. Having had this dog for almost a year, I find him intriguing. He is very smart, so he learns everything quickly. I once taught him how to fetch. Surprisingly enough, he successfully chased and retrieved the object after I tossed it for the second time. He acted as if he had intrinsically understood the game. He is also friendly to everyone,especially children. Whenever someone visits my house, instead of barking, he welcomes them by licking their feet.

It’s like a couple of weeks ago, I was browsing the social media to kill time as usual. Suddenly, a piece of breaking news grabbed my eyes, saying that Chinese Women’s Volleyball Team back to the World’s Top Again. I was shocked and after carefully reading the details, I remember I was quite thrilled because it said that our team overpowered host Japan 3-1 and won its fourth women’s volleyball world cup title. That’s really something, you know! And it’s definitely the best news I’ve heard about the team since 2008.

Coz’ as a girl born in 1980s, I did witness the ups & downs of this team during past two decades. After their heydays in 1980s & 2004 Athens Olympic Games, this team has experienced frustrating international results due to endless injuries, frequent coach changes & the shortage of emerging talents. Even loyal fans like me, started to lose faith in this group of girls. But at the most difficult moment, the former star spiker, Lang Ping, nicknamed the 'Iron Hammer', stood out and decided to rebuild and lead this squad back to the world’s top. Luckily, with the guidance of the “Iron Hammer”, the team gradually recovered from the failure and regained their faith & confidence. This time, in Japan, the team of China proved to the world again about how strong & sharp they were. Witnessing my beloved team winning this champion did bring me great rapture.

Apart from that, informed from the news, I also knew that it was a real tough battle, for this victory was achieved in the absence of three key players, including the former captain. And that’s another great proof about the strength, faith & perseverance of the team. No doubt, I am proud of these girls.

思路：

这是一个常规话题，就是问大家喜不喜欢吃水果或者蔬菜。我们的思路可以是不以单词量取胜，但是要说到位并且有逻辑性，比如可以先说我爱吃很多种水果，但是最喜欢的一定是哪一种，并且讲 清楚原因就好。

What’s your favorite vegetable or fruit?

I enjoy eating all kinds of fruit like plain fruit, tropical fruit or berries. But if you ask me, I think apples should be on the top of my list. I’ve been eating them since I was little because my mom always says that one apple a day can keep the doctor away and it’s essential for a teenager to keep a balanced healthy diet. I don’t know but it’s quite juicy and I enjoy the flavor especially when they are sweet.

首先，答题的时态，我们应该用一般过去时。

题目中的几个问题，基本也都把我们描述一个事件类话题卡的常见的扩展角度都覆盖到了。时间/地点/人物/起因/经过/结果 看题面似乎这个题目挺好说的，但是具体要到一个具体的经历，似乎又有一些难于表达。除了可以讲到你帮助别人的经历，有的时候，我们被别人帮助的经历，在改变了主语之后，也是可以说到我们的回答里面去的。

我们把可能讲的，也是比较好讲的思路扩展一下：

学习中：1. 在学习中，或者在学校里，我们一定帮助过别人，或者被别人帮助过。假如你的成绩比较优秀，你回去帮助成绩一般的同学。假如你体育、音乐等其他科目比较强，也不可避免需要帮助一下你孱弱的同桌。In school, I used to be the top student in terms of the exam result. So usually my tablemate come cross any questions on the textbook, he/she will seek for help from me.My tablemate do not have the talent in taking exam as me, so I share many of my skills of how to prepare for the exam and how to make better use of time during the revision.

2.或者更简单一点，你的同学因为身体或者家里的原因不能来上课，你有没有帮没有来上课的同学交作业或者抄笔记呢?I remembered, in my second year in middle high school, my tablemate got a serious injury when he played basketball, so he had to spend two weeks in the hospital. I somehow figure out the meaning of my existence, that is, to contribute to the well-being of other people, and in this way, to make my life more valuable 下面根据我自己的真实经历，为大家做一个答题示范： The experience that I would like to describe today is, I think, about five years ago, when I helped an international student in my university to find where his department is. I remembered it was in the midday in a hot summer. So it was really unbearable. When I went back from somewhere to the campus, I saw a black young boy, who was, of course, a foreigner. His name is Ella. And he came from South Africa and he was a kind of lost his way, so he went to the school janitor to ask for the right direction to his department. Some passers-by tried to help him, but they were confused by what he really wanted to go.

When we arrived in the apartment, he was further assisted by the apartment director and other international students and finally found his way to his school.

All in all, Ella benefited from my help as he successfully found his way to the right place, and for me, it was the first time that I made a foreign friend, so after that, we met several times and establish strong friendship.
