　　China's large population makes the land tend to be a rare resource，so developers must pay more to enclose lands.And the speed of urbanization quickens，so a lot of people rush to cities from countries，which also causes the land to be more expensive.

　　我们政府从2007年便开始对控制暴涨的房价采取措施。但是我们现在还要面临新一轮的房价上涨。现如今这种上涨趋势已经从一线城市转向中西部省地的二线城市。

　　中国的人口众多造成土地成为稀缺资源，故此开发商在购置地皮过程中需要掏更多的钱，这就使得房价变得更为昂贵。还有就是城镇化进程的加快，大量的人群从乡镇涌入城市，这也使得地皮变得贵上加贵。另外就是传统思想也导致了婚前购买房子的疯狂。
