主要包括网上申请和个人材料的准备。可以参考往年报考问题，提前准备，个人材料包括推荐信(可让相关领导、高校教授、行业领导人物写)、简历、本科阶段成绩单、证书(包括英语四六级、职业资格认证、工作中荣誉证书等)
面试：需要积累一些管理的基本素质、基本原理，不用刻意准备，但是基本概念要了解，锻炼自己讲话的逻辑性。
联考：基础薄弱的同学现在可以准备，主要是从背单词开始。基础尤其是英语稍微好的同学，七月份准备还来得及，开始准备的时间因人而异。

培训班有些基础非常弱可以报一些，但是有的培训班费用很高，上万左右，因人而异。
提前做好材料收集，关注学校往年招生简章。
选择学校时，不要把鸡蛋放一个篮子里，可参加多个学校的提前面试。
提前面试主要包括英语、管理综合素质、政治面试、上机(心理、管理技能、逻辑)。
提前面试中重要的三个要素：合作、逻辑、时间控制。
管理综合面试有两个部分，个人回答问题和团体讨论。个人按照考号依次进入考试回答问题，团体讨论会发一段材料，五分钟看材料，然后讨论。
英语面试包括个人自我介绍和团体讨论。自我介绍可以提前准备，时间在一分钟之内。团体讨论一般是五人一组，组长抽提，老师会用英文念题目，组长可以重复一遍题目。如果提前知道分组情况的话，建议大家先提前了解组员的英语程度、背景。这样可以先选出一位组长，组长可以提前把控一下，在整个讨论中让英语好的同学优先发言，并且去引导没有发言的同学，好不要卡在一个人那里，实在不会说用过渡语句搪塞过去。
tips：
在群面的过程中，建议每个人往产生一个结论的方向努力，会让老师觉得大家有团队合作精神。
群面中有leader、timekeeper等角色，要找好自己的定位，不适合做leader的同学一定不要做，整个面试老师也会看重团队的情况。
观点被前面同学说过怎么办?建议不要简单重复前面同学说过的观点，说些不一样的内容，不要没什么可说的实质内容但仍然一直说。
英语基础弱的同学自我介绍时没必要用高大上的单词、语法。毕竟MBA考试考察的不是英语能力，而是基本的听说写，只要说的很顺就可以，没必要刻意准备一些太高端的自我介绍，因为在说的时候本来基础不好，又有一些高端词汇反而会更紧张。
MPA英语二的题型有哪些
英语二试卷的题型分为四大部分，共48题，包括英语知识运用、阅读理解、英译汉和写作，总分100分。
NO.1 英语知识运用
题目类型是完形填空，侧重考查知识点是对英语的综合运用能力。共20小题，每小题0.5分，共10分。分数不多，但难度比较大，因此做题花费时间应尽量控制。
NO.2 阅读理解 阅读理解部分是由A节和B两节两部分组成，总共25题，50分。是英语二能否拿高分或过线的关键所在，一定要重视!
A节由20小题组成全部为单项选择题，四篇文章的词汇总长度为1500个左右。 A部分的题型有：推理题/细节题/猜词题/态度题/例证题以及主旨题等等。
B部分是5个小题，有两种备选的题型。每年的考试会从这两种题型中选择其中的一种形式进行考查。总计10分。备选题型有多项对应以及小标题对应。 阅读理解B总体难度其实并不大，考生只需具备一定的答案寻找技巧即可快速拿到这个题目的分数，也是试卷中相对容易得分的部分。
NO.3 英译汉
除了具备一定的英译汉的技巧之外，翻译题往往也是句子相对比较长，里面会涉及一些较难的词汇，因此对于考生句子理解能力要求比较高!想拿到高分，一方面要求翻译的中文通顺，第二方面要求贴合原文意思，特别是个别关键的又不知道的词的翻译。
NO.4 写作
也是有小作文和大作文两部分组成。小作文10分，大作文15分。
小作文的考察要求100词左右，主要是应用型的短文写作，比如推荐信，通知或报告等公文类型。得分的关键在于结构的把握以及语言技巧的应用。
大作文:多为议论文或说明文文体，字数在150词左右，题干展现形式多变，或为图标，或为文字描述，总共15分。大作文对于考生的综合运用语言的能力要求比较高，除了平时备考的储备之外，考前一般也需要针对性的准备一些好的文章句子，以便在考场能够快速的写出高质量的作文。
