One solution of this problem can be on the suburb. The suburb is an edge of flourish. But in other hand it's comparatively close to the city center. The oil price is soaring nowaday government will no longer afford the high transport price for the garbage. However there is other way to drive the car without gasoline. That is the electro-car.
