　　In many countries, more and more young people are leaving school and unable to find jobs after graduation. What problems do you think youth unemployment will cause to the individual and society? Give reasons and make some suggestions.

　　In recent years, youth unemployment is a phenomenon that has caused wide public concern in many places of the world. There is no doubt that the shrinking job market could lead to a series of problems for both individuals and society. It may also give rise to moral and economic crimes which would endanger social security.In the long run, the stability of society could also be threatened by the great number of laid-offs.

　　Because of the large population and the limited job positions, an increasing number of new graduates are suffering from the depression of job hunting failure. Some of them even committed suicide. Therefore, immediate action should be taken to solve this problem before it gets worse.

　　I'd like to say that young people should invest more time and energy in learning and developing new skills to put themselves in a more favorable position in future job market. Additionally, young people can start with a part-time job which will definitely have favorable and far-reaching impact on their future. What is more, the government should encourage companies to provide more job opportunities and offer some retraining courses to enhance the professional skills of college graduates so that they can meet the needs of different kinds of jobs.

　　All in all, the government should spare no effort to bring down the unemployment rate. Meanwhile, job hunters should also try all means to elevate themselves in an all round way so as to stay in an advantageous position in the course of job hunting. I'm convinced that through the co-effort of the government and individuals, the problem can get solved effectively.
