询盘商务英语写作:询盘也叫询价,是指交易的一方准备购买或出售某种商品,向对方询问买卖该商品相关的交易条件。
询盘的内容可涉及:价格、规格、品质、数量、包装、装运以及索取样品等,而多数只是询问价格。所以,业务上常把询盘称作询价。
询盘的分类:
(1)买方询盘是买方主动发出的向国外J一商询购所需货物的信函。
(2)卖方询盘是卖方向买方发出的征询其购买意见的信函。

“would”和“could”的误用情况:
这两个词在提出询问和请求的商务信函中常常使用。“woul”"是指对方做某一件事的意愿,“could”是指对方做某一件事的能力。一般来说,如果您肯定对方有能力满足您的请求时,就可以使用“would”。但当您不肯定对方是否有这种能力时,或者请求对方给予特殊的帮助时,就应该使用“could”, “could”比“would”显得更有礼貌,但切忌滥用。
