Mr. Lee:Of course we do. Warmly welcome.

Smith:We would like to discuss the total amount of fund first.

Mr. Lee: It would be million. This figure can be large enough to provide the construction funds and circulation capital for a project producing arts and crafts.

Of course, cash, factory buildings, the right to use the site are included.

李先生：规定是灵活的。按照《中外合资经营企业法》的规定，合资企业中，外资金额一般不少于25%。我们打算投资总投资额的51%，当然，这包括现金、厂房、场地使用权等。

Smith:Ok. I would suggest 10 years. As long as we can run the plant well, the period can be prolonged later.
