Gerics: The products are the Group Pakage Tours, the Individual Package Tours,Semi Pakage Tours,Single Optional Tours.

Interviewer: What should a local guide master as soon as possible after getting the receiving plan?

Gerics: After receiving a group, a local guide should command the basic information of the group; the information about the group members;the inbound and outbound places for the oversea groups;the itinerary of the whole trip;where the last destination is.

Interviewer: That's good. Do you have any practical experience?

Gerics: Actually I haven't any working experience, but I know how to be a good guide.For example,a local guide should arrive at the departure place earlier to check the

number of the tourists already arrived,check meals the group will have the day and remind the related rules and regulations and get on the tour bus on time before visiting a scenic spot.

Interviewer: OK. Have you applied for other companies?

Gerics: No, this is my first. And I really hope I can get an opportunity to practice myself and make much better day by day.

盖里克斯：接到带团任务后，地接应掌握旅游团的基本信息、旅游团成员的基本情况、海外旅游团的出入境地点、全程旅游路线、该团后一站在哪。

面试官：不错，你有实际经验吗？

盖里克斯：事实上，我没有什么工作经验。但是，我知道如何做一个好导游。举个例子，地接在参观游览景点出发前，应提前到达出发地点，核实清点实到人数，落实旅游团当天的用餐，提醒注意事项，准时集合登车。
