Martin:OK, the first one is the starting time. It's goingto start at 8:00 instead of 8:30.
Clare: I'm not sure that's going to work, actually. Manyof the people coming to the meeting won't arrive until 8:30.
Martin:Why is that?
Clare: Well，many of the people coming to the meetingare on the red eye from Shanghai and their plane doesn’t arrive until 7:30. It will take about an hour to get to ouroffices from the airport.
Martin:OK, we’II keep the 8:30 start then，but we’II have to shorten the lunch to allow for the extra thirtyminutes on the agenda.
Clare:That’s not a problem. I’II change lunch to12:30-1:15 instead of 12:15-1:30
Martin:That's great. Don't forget to tell the caterers.
Clare: Not to worry. I've got it under control.
